So at the show next week with Amon Amarth, CoBoredom and trivium... amon amarth is on first... so does that mean I can leave early? hmmm... I have a friend going who likes CoB though... should I wait around? or should I go home and get a good nights sleep dreaming of vikings and such.

Have you seen the Amon setlist?

It's pretty good, considering they're getting rooked with only 30 minutes.

No "Victorious March" or "Vs. the World," which I find shocking.

my bro saw them last week... he was pretty disappointed by the show. He never heard Trivium, so he was kinda pissed to see a hardcore band thinking they are doing metal on the stage... and he said that Amon Amarth had a pretty poor sound and CoB.... well he said Alexi just looks weird on stage ( he used the word girl at some occasion ) and that too many kids were in the crowd because of CoB.

the other day I was in the line at kroger to pay my electric bill and I got into a spirited conversation with a couple of teenage girl HIM fans, festooned with buttons and patches.

I'd like to go to this, but im not sure if a 30 minute set from Amon Amarth is worth $30, 1.5 hours driving time, and dealing with COB fans.

For me it cost $20, 1.5 hours on transit, and I'll ignore any CoB fans via headphones.
