anders nordin interview (plus advent 'zine)

nice work kid, great interview. i always wanted to know where the MR cover was taken

well, actually the bridge on the cover is from a place in the UK, anders was referring to the back cover, the gate in the woods on the booklet.
the front cover is from a colege garden in Bath, some km from london...

So wait...
is Axe the first ethnically Swedish member of Opeth's rhythm section to record on an album? (aside from Mike on MAYH but that was just circumstances)

it's questions like these that make me wonder if there is anything interesting about opeth we do not yet know ... I think we have covered it all

besides: define ethnically Swedish ... but oh well, yes he is the first born Swede to play drums in Opeth I guess, unless there is some other "interesting" fact we do not yet know :p

The Palladian Bridge is located in Priory Park, Bath, North Somerset...

I'm wondering if Opeth had to fork out a royalty payment to use this location as a album cover?

I really need to know this if possible, Mike, please return and let us know, in return I will arrange an interesting photo shot at this location, it will be legendry I assure you. :D

I hope you and the family are well, and not to troubled by what yourself and Anna sometimes have to read here? :(

Narrot has some nice pics of that bridge as well.... he should post them again.

Yeh I know he had some really nice ones. Thats why i was hesitant about doing another thread with pics. Meh, I'll post em later tonight or tomorow or something.

Anders used to post here occaisionally (back in the day) under the name of "ante". Don't know what he's been up to lately. Probably cycling all over Brazil.

Apparently I am an idiot. I just did used the search feature (2nd time in my life) and found that Anders does still post here. Perhaps I just don't hang around often enough to notice, lol.
