You're right and wrong.. Yes, E# is perfectly fine to say.. It is in fact en harmonically equivalent to F. But in a key signature such as F# or C#, you wouldn't call the note F, it makes no sense.. You'd call it E#

Ok, yes you are right, if you are talking about major keys such as C# major and F# major, but we have been talking strictly about minor keys (C#minor) in this conversation, and so I have been basing what I say on this, so the use of an E# in this occasion would not be OK but, yes in other occasions it would be OK to say E#.
