Yeah those songs are pretty good, to me though only one guitar just takes away from the heaviness of it, I like power when I listen to metal. If there were two guitarists on that record I probably would have liked it a lot more, it just sounds thin. Joey's vocals were still pretty good though, like you said the harmonies were good.I think Alex either lost the heart for it or couldn't keep up with technology. My favs from Joey's solo are Rob You Blind, and Powertrip. I thought most of the vocal melodies were really strong though
