What have you already heard, and what are your parameters for post hardcore? Technically noise rock and jazzcore are post hardcore. Also, sludge is metalcore by definition. I'll post some stuff and you let me know if it's familiar territory.
i was looking for something like A Silent Ascent, or [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idig-p3oM5U"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idig-p3oM5U[/ame]
like something progressive metalcore with a lot of melodic moments.
the first two videos you posted almost sounds like Skycamefalling, do you know them by any chance?
You and I have different definitions of "decent", it would seem. I would call both of those bands "standard fair" or "stereotypical" because of their similarities to As I Lay Dying and their host of pretenders.
These guys a pretty new, but I discovered them on youtube and fell in love! They have a similar writing style to memphis mayfire. They have more stuff up on their reverb page. www.reverbnation.com/aliveinthenight
