anyone can explain how to scream using the diaphgrahm

wasn't sure should i post this on chat

anyway don't post links to tutorials, they really don't teach me anything, i do make a similar sound but i can't be sure if i'm screaming right cause i think i push the throat or idk

Way I learned was to start off making the sound that chick makes in the movie 'The Grudge', and manipulate it. Do it louder. If you're using your diaphragm, it won't hurt or anything, and you can scream as long as you can talk.

If your throat is hurting, you're doin it wrong. Practice makes perfect. Good luck.
