Which online vendor has the version of mabool with the bonus disc?

I haven't seen any versions of the CD yet that didn't come with it. Anyone ever gotten a NON-2 CD version of it here?

I'm guessing it would be Orphaned Land, but only if you're subscribing to the theory there can only be a single oddball...this is definitely the most eclectic PPUSA lineup yet.
