Are size and Weight limitating factors as musicians?

Well, obviously the size of your hands affect how far you can reach, but i was wondering if, for example,being very big and/or fat can hinder your performance as a drummer. i KNOW that there are good drummers which wouldnt seem to be (Vinnie Paul) but ,if anyone knows exacly, i would like to know.

It has nothing to do with weight, appearance or such. It's all in the dedication
of the artist. His or hers style. But I can imagine that not everyone will find a
huge fat artist as attractive as a fit one.

HAHHAHHA! Nice pic. But in all honesty, I have some pretty skinny fingers; it makes guitar playing easy. If my fingers were sausages, I could be pressing down on 2 frets and not even know it!

Woah! have you seen my sig lol? It affects me a little bit, my fatness gets in my way sometimes, only because I run out of energy a little quicker. Not really too noticeable, though. If I was playing something insane like Blitzkrieg by Yngwie Malmsteen then yeah I might have some problems, but not too noticeable, like I said.

5'7"

220 lbs.

Build? Uhh... I'd say big boned lol
