New years resolution: Lose over 30kg weight. Need halp

why don't you just buy a bowflex?

Gonna hope this was a joke post

Because I don't live in the states and I can go to the local gym 600 times with the same price it costs.

Totally. I also noticed that my 20 lap (1km) swimming time also decreased from ~46 minutes to ~37 minutes after swimming total of about 50km in the summer and on the first three times I was totally exhausted, but slowly increased the daily laps from 10 to 40-80 depending on the day (usually 60), so it seems that my endurance has increased too.

Great progress on the swimming AND the weight loss:headbang:

congrats dude, i've dropped from 300-227

just by eating healthy and running!

Congrats to you too, but no, you lost weight because of a calorie deficit.
Running in itself doesn't make you lose weight, nor does 'eating healthy' since it's entirely possible to lose weight if you ate nothing but junk all day and do no exercise at all but were still in a calorie deficit.
Of course, running can make the process somewhat easier via the burning of calories.

Pix, as requested :tickled: As you can see from the door in the background of July's picture, it camera was on top of my luggage, so that's why I look like I'm slanted to the right.
