Anyone heard Gallhammer? I must say it is a bit of a rip off of Hellhammer (by a bunch of girls, funny that) but it is a good rip off.

Meza Virs (in my sig and mentioned in the initial post) are a great melodic black metal band, some of my favourite female vocals. If you like Cthonic or Cradle of Filth they would be my biggest recommendation.

Technically no. Ankara is in the middle of the mainpart, which is all in Asia.
