Picture Incubus and Slipknot's love child and you have the new Cryptopsy sound.
Damn, this is most distressing. The new album should be called "Once Was Great."
Incubus and Slipknot lovechild, that actually sounds interesting to me, as long as it is morning view/make yourself Incubus, and the newer slipknot(even though I actually like all slipknot).

Dude it's basically a bunch of dissonant riffs with spoken word vocals (rapping?) and then it goes into some even more dissonant riffs but the dude is singing country/alternative style. It's horrible hahaha. I haven't found a single person who dug this stuff yet. I actually feel bad for the band.

I was reading the SMN forums and some dude from Decrepit Birth posts there and said (after someone posted the links) "we're supposed to do the european tour with them. I wonder how this will go over live"... basically a very kind way of saying "what the fuck is this shit"

The worst part is Flo Mounier cut his hair, and has a short spiked mohawk now. More than anything Im curious to hear And see this new lineup play the old material, for novelty purposes of course. Hell, I might check out there upcomming tour just to see the awful reaction they get.

w0rd. I think this is a situation where people absolutely must download this album before buying it anyways (I feel that way about all releases but it's emphasized with this ..... load of crap).

Wow. That is not a good read for the band. Job For A Cryptopsy appears to have made a major career mistake.
