Me too, sorry - I have a problem with bikes 'n' metal. But then

Well, the spelling I couldn't tell from the screen... only from which buttons I typed. I still touch type when drunk, so that makes that all work properly...

Ah, I see. I look at the screen when I type, so usually I screw up a few words. Especially when I don't look at the screen or the keyboard. I've done that before, and sometimes I type "aww", when I wants to write "see". Since the "a" is close to the "s"; and the "w" is close to the "e".

I watch the screen when I type as well... but the problem you have is just when you don't put your hands down properly... shift them over 1 key. (Incidentally, it's a good way to do passwords. You pick a word you definately can remember, and type it in with your hands shifted one way or another. That way a dictionary cracker can't get your account. )
