Fleischwolf, are you a genuine Viennese person then? 
For all those who don't recognize the avatar (which is probably about 99%)...this picture stems from a popular Austrian TV series of the 80s (correct?) which showed the life and furies of an underdog called "Mundl".

Ha! Driving abilities? It's funny how we make fun of the driving abilities of non-Viennese people as well. And usually, when they drive into Vienna, they can't handle the heavy traffic, and so some are afraid to actually drive into the city.
All clichés, of course...or? 
Actually, I dislike the whole "the countryside is better/the city is better" discussion. It's all a matter of taste and, even more so, of upbringing and being used to. Both are fine but not both are for everyone.
