Band you woul most like to see live TODAY!

1. spiral architect (i'd love to see them pull that off live)
2. cynic (they no longer exist, but one can hope...)
3. opeth
4. dark tranquility
5. i saw someone mention pink floyd. before i got into metal i listened to floyd all the time. think i'll pop in dark side of the moon right now...mmm...

Pfft... Opeth! Next question?

Actually, when I sit down and think about it:

The Roxy-era Mothers of Invention (Frank, Ian and Ruth Underwood, a few Fowlers, George Duke, Napoleon Murphy Brock, etc.)
Led Zeppelin (with John Bonham)
The Who (with Keith Moon)

Iron Maiden on the Powerslave tour would be a dream come true!

I really would like to have seen Emperor play live, but that's not gonna happen.

Opeth
Vintersorg
Agalloch (my new favorite band)
Satyricon

i wouldn't mind seeing a show right now......how about

1. Strapping Young Lad(co-headliners)
2. Dimmu Borgir(co-headliners)
3. Cradle of Filth
4. My Dying Bride
5. Opeth/Nevermore/Katatonia/Anathema/God Forbid/Soilent Green/Lamb of God

Children of Bodom first, they are my favorite band fo all time, and I would kill to see them live!

Other bands I would love to see include In Flames, Dimmu Borgir, Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Nightwish, Opeth, Arch Enemy and Symphony X! :p

five bands...

1. Voivod
2. King Crimson
3. mr. Bungle
4. Sigh
5. John Zorn....

I'm cheating...

6. theGathering

if they were alive or still together

1. Frank Zappa
2. At the Gates
3. John Coltraine
4. Faith no More
5. (1975) Black Sabbath

Melancholia: I have read an interview of limbonic art where they were saying that they had never performed a live show and it would be difficult to do so. It was in the Forest mag. if you are familiar with it..Maybe I m mistaken or the interview was too old
(which is possible -you never know with the forest)

:loco: :loco: :loco:

hehe you can never know with Forest indeed, the interview was probably old...
hmmmm Do you really read the forest?????
it has an awful reputation...

Actually they have also been on tour with peccatum and some other bands (one of them was emperor-i can't recall which, but i can look it up)
I think this tour was some months before (maybe after?) "Ad Noctum" was released....
grrrr gotta check this!
