Ummm, yeah, I gotta vote for WD -- he has, IMO, the best disturbing giggle/laugh, and not one of them is the same. It's just.... disturbing.

(Well him and my ex is totally batshit and even has a song about it, but I could, arguably, be somewhat biased there.)
