It is not going to be released for a while, because Jon has to find a new vocalist first. It's not surprising that this news is spreading very quickly, since Barlow is one of the most respected vocalists in Metal. I have already expressed how I feel about this and Iced Earth's future, so I shall just listen to how other's feel on this issue.

Well all I gotta say is... FUCK YEEAAAAHHH!!! Fuck Iced Earth, hope they break up before they release any more albums, everything Jon does from now on is gonna be pure shit. Come to think of it they should have all died in a horrible accident before they recorded Horror Show, fuck them all they're all losers.

That band's as good as finished now. I strongly doubt Jon will ever find another vocalist as talented as Barlow who will put up with his bullshit for any length of time.

Ah well.

This band Pharaoh will fill that void nicely.

I am a huge Iced Earth fan... still I am not that bothered with this.
I thought Matt was an awesome singer, but he can be replaced. I hope for either someone new, Jorn Lande or maybe Jon will do some vocals.
I certainly think the latter would be awesome.

I wish Matt the best of luck in the new path he have chosen.

Hey, Jon singing is a pretty good thought...it'd give him the spotlight he obviously wants, and force them to go back in a more thrash-oriented direction overall, as he doesn't have the voice for power metal. This could be a blessing in disguise.

Yeah... Exactly what I thought.
But I still want them to have a singer who can do the clean vocals. I still want those.
They could do the same thing Mercenary did. They have a growler, and one who makes the high pitch screams. Pretty good mix imo.

OH YEAH... Tim Ayamar is still awesome. He is even better here than he was on the Control Denied disc.
I am also surprised with the guitar work from before unknown Matt Johnsen.
But the same counts for Nick Van Dyk from Redemption
