What's the consensus on Sadus? I personally consider them Death Metal, but some places online label them as Thrash.

If a death metal version of this ever happens it'd probably be better to place them there.

So anyway, just two more bands required. Would be great to see some more people throw down some nominations.

Of course, the list may still be subject to change after it tops out at 32 bands, depending on which bands get the most noms.

Lulz, Sadus are one of the most legendary legendary thrash bands of all time. And they deserve to get it first round. Shame on me for not remembering to list them

ill definitely shoot Morbid Saint a vote if there's no limit to how many bands we can nominate.

Along with Demolition Hammer & Morbid Saint, we now have 33 bands. Let's leave this open for a bit & decide which 32 bands should make the final cut.

completely disagree with that one. A rather generic band that basically tried to copy and imitate all of their other more talented and successful peers. 3rd rate thrash.

holy terror would be my pick but i understand if they're still a bit too niche. definitely a lot more popular than they used to be though.

heathen should surely be here, they're easily more iconic than some of the bands in there currently. probably just an oversight on your part though.

vektor have two albums in RYM's thrash top 20 and another inside the top 50. if any recent band should get a nod it's probably them.
