Ed Repka and Hugh Syme create some awesome stuff, obviously. Also, Adam Jones does a remarkable job on the artwork from each Tool album. (Except Undertow, unfolding that booklet made me want to fucking puke)

Adam Jones never does the artwork he just oversees the direction of them. Two of my fav artist did their artwork, happy pencil, and alex grey. I'd have to say they always have the best artwork, and constantly out due themselves.
