I'd go with Vindsval probably. Shown his technical prowess in Children of Manni and his overall black metal craftsmanship with Blut Aus Nord - plus his ability to experiment in a way that I find to be tasteful (see TWWTG) adds a great deal to him as a whole.

vintersorg is a fine choice. both vintersorg and borknagar are impressive, though sometime his sound is used interchangibly (sp?) through both projects.
