I can safely say I don't listen to Black Metal.

Unanimated - The Ancient God of Evil

It's actually more of a black/death. Yeah, they have big inverted cross on the cover and the album's name might seem satanic, but their lyrics don't touch the subject at all. One of my favorite albums of all time, definetely at least worth trying.
