It may sound like 10 songs put together, but they are all wonderfully joined together by it's lyrics and the story, even though i dunno wat the fuck it's going on about. I reckon all these different songs would sound good on their own and in my opinion they come together well.

Theyve played a short version before the morningrise release in front of 30 people or so.

"Black Rose Immortal" is the most amazing Opeth song. It is also on, in my opinion, the best Opeth album, Morningrise. Any musician that can play a song, without stopping, for over 20 minutes is one hell of a musican.
