Bleeding Death Gear?

The guitar tone on Bleeding Death on the US version of NMF album is absolutely crushing. I know Bloodbath notoriously used HM-2's, but with what other combination of gear? Almost has that dual recto-ish sort of crushing gain. I can get pretty close using the boss gt-8 through my laney GH50L but this stuff always interests me. Blakkheim, I think you should sell me some gear!
