It wasn't a judgement of the music or overall quality of those bands. I'm just saying it's lame in terms of image. A band that writes good music can still do lame things.

This new album sounds like it is going to be fantastic. I can't wait to hear it. Varg could be writing about better concepts than flying spaghetti monsters, but he could also be writing about much worse things. At least the religious crap is relatively unique. I think this album will have a lot of dignity to it. I mean, even a little more than the earlier Burzum albums.
