heh.....as an aspiring vocalist, i swear, i envy warrel so much.....

but to me, it is just easier to do death or black metal vox....some bands just blurt out distorted syllables....some scream in an incoherent rage....some bark like dogs.....

i have more, i won't say respect, but, i guess admiration for the (talented) clean vocalists, cuz to me what they do is way more difficult, imo


i wasn't in any way saying that black/death vox suck.....

Huh? CoB vs. Nevermore? What kind of response did you expect on a Nevermore forum? Try it on a general board for less one-sided opinions.

I enjoy CoB, but only have Hatebreeder & Follow The Reaper. (& a couple Sinergy CDs, but he used basically the same riffs... ) Also, his vocals are extremely garbled, at best.

Love his guitar playing, though.
