It's been like that in NY for years actually! (just epic taxation, and not being a smoker, I can't say it bothers me too much, cuz they know people will pay for their vice )

Meh here they are around 9$ in the stores for 25 cigs and on Indian reserves they are under 20$ for 200 cigs.

They have those too. It is just a tube with a filter and you buy the tabacy and a little plastic thing to pack it.
I'm paying $7.60 for a pack of Marlboro 100s as of right now. Up until about 4 months ago I was paying $6.10.

5.70 Eur (= 8.0598 Usd) for a pack of 28 cigarettes here. Little less than 4 Eur (3.70 Eur or something) for a regular pack of 20 cigarettes. Marlboro pack would be over 4 Eur.
