Classics Reborn

HAHA I hadn't thought of that but you're right. Kerry Winger! :)

81-83 he only did the 82 demo. I know it was a different time back then and everyone was finding their feet in a relatively new scene but he looks so out of place. However Kirk looks out of place too because he looks like he was already 'prettying' up beyond what the rest of the band were trying for. He kind of looks like an angry girl. Gary looks different though
 Kip King

Yeah those two do not fit at all. Metallica must have made him man up a bit.

It's been a long time since I've watched it. I kinda remember a lot of camera work being straight on. But I'll put it in later and check it out.

I don't remember if Flots played any of those Euro festivals last year but it would be nice if some of them whacked up a full gig for us like they've done with other bands.

That's all he ever does. Good thing he was on the side lines when Mike was first in the band. Go back to your ballet band!

I saw that Presto thing pop up on something I was looking at the other day. At first I wondered why, then I remember the connection and promptly shut the website...any website that promotes that album to me doesn't deserve my visit.

Although some of the pics with him and Lars maybe they haven't!
Maybe he just has one of those girlie faces at the right angle :)

More new stuff to the Flots set? That would be good.

It's almost funny to see how many bands now cop the "always the same set" comments now. There is good excuses for some tours but it's getting that way that when a band gets to their 20th anniversary people starting saying they never change the set list.

Yep, 31 years in April. The only let down song on the whole album is Robbie Soles which is shit.

From what I was told Robbie Soles was riff that could have been an instrumental but the record company wanted a song to close off the album. The band didn't really want to do either so when someone mentioned arsehole they decided to write a nothing song. The record company wouldn't let them call it Arsehole, so they made it sound like R. Sole as is a name but the record company wouldn't put it on the cover so they changed it to Robbie Sole. Why so many lyric sites claim it's Robbie Soles for President, Robbie Soles for Mayor is beyond me because they clearly don't say that in the song, they say R Sole, or arsehole.

Nah I've got Mayhemic Destruction and Face Of Despair as first pressing cassettes and on CD but they were all purchased before the cd's got bonus material, which from memory wasn't until the late 90's or early 00's.
Pretty sure the first two bonus tracks appeared on the Revolution of the Mind EP in 97. Not sure about King Of Avarice.

Nice find, one day I'll go searching for the EP's and singles. I think I'm missing 2 of them and I doubt they are sold any more.
