Can't remember where the posts about the new Maiden album were so here will do.
I can't believe how many YT videos of 'new' Maiden there is out there which aren't real. Maiden are fairly traditional with how they release their songs and albums yet so far I think I've seen four songs claiming to be "new Maiden songs" which have turned out to be old NWOBHM bands. I don't know if it's a sign of how desperate some people are to get views on their YT, if it's purely deception, or if they think they are being funny. But I don't think I've seen it happen to any other band either.

Lol. That's pretty ballsy to do to Maiden. They have a lot of fans who don't take kindly to anything like that. I think I've seen it done before the last Metallica album came out. but you're right it seems to be a lot of Maiden.

I haven't listened to them because usually they have been busted as fake before I hear about them, but it's interesting to see that after all this time there are still some old bands that sound so like Maiden that it's fooling fans.
