completely unmetal things that you enjoy

Ted as a person is irritating as fuck, but his music is damn good.
Might be irritating to some but he was hilarious that night. Told racist jokes and kept on yelling "machine guns for the kids"...since we all know he is advocate of NRA(national rifle association).

Then at the end of the show he came out with a machinegun in one hand and a bow&arrow in other...set his guitar down at the end of the stage...then shot a flaming arrow at his guitar.
What showmanship from the Nuge...

Uh. I find it hard to believe that there is a tea that relieves depression. Does it really help that much? If so, I need to get some.

You do realize that much of medicine/drugs originally came from properties within herbs, right? now those properties are man-made, however they almost all stem from herbs.

There are herbs to cure everything----Plants are more powerful than you seem to think.

The best herbs for depression would probably be St. John's wort and ginseng. Though neither should be mixed with any anti-depressent drugs you may be taking. St. John's wort should be used about two weeks on, two weeks off. In general it's good to take breaks a couple weeks off herbs, then on again, in order to not become immune to their properties.

Other herbs that help depression and stress-related anxiety:

Lavender (I use this habitually!)
Valerian (For those of you with insomnia)
Skullcap
Rosemary
Basil
Licorice
Mugwort

edit: If you really want to try using herbs to help your depression, I would get St. John's wort and ginseng in capsule form, then take as directed. I do not know what is stronger, capsule or tea, but capsule is easier to take and you can take it anywhere. Tincture's are also good, but can taste awful, even if mixed with juice.

Thanks. I'll check those out. I've tried 5-HTP, but that did relatively little for me. I've also heard Kava Kava might be good, but I think it is only effective if you get it fresh, and that the Kava Kava in pill for has actually lost its properties.

heh I got some mugwort off this guy I worked with because he said it induced lucid dreaming. I smoked it twice and got nothing. oh well

I laughed, I cried, and then I laughed some more.
