Hardcore punk but, nowadays, it's (d)evolved into a more "tuff" oriented breakdown-heavy genre with bands like Hatebreed, Throwdown, Since the Flood, xTyrantx, etc. Metalcore and deathcore bands combine that style with metal. It's not rocket science, really.
