I live in Lincoln Park, in Morris county. I don't know of any stores around here where you can buy corsets. I got mine from Frederick's of Hollywood but am not sure if it would be considered a "real" one.
Too bad I won't be visiting my dad any time soon - he lives in Oceanport. I'd suggest checking out some of the little shops in Red Bank - I found some rather interesting stuff there awhile back. I can't remember any shop names though, sorry! We'll have to chat next time you're in the PP chat...

Cool, Oceanport and Red Bank are just a hop, skip and a jump from me. (Did I just SAY that? ) Anyway, I know the RB shopping area, but not the actual shops. One of the few "old-style" shopping areas left in NJ with really cool, eclectic shops. Think I'll browse there tomorrow. Wish you were coming up sometime soon. Looking forward to future chats...always.

Hey, as long as it's in the spirit of things, that's what counts IMO. Still don't know what I'll be wearing yet... went shopping yesterday but didn't find anything that was "wow," and don't know about paying $60 for a "yeah, it's okay." I'm poor this year.
