What is your favourite Cradle song, Why? It may be a unfare question for some of you. I just can't decide. I love all thier material. And while we're here do you know anyone that hates Cradle but likes one of their songs.

"The Bathory Aria" and "From The Cradle To Enslave" rock my block off.
I'm glad I didn't hear COF until "Cruelty And The Beast". If I'd heard "Principle Of Evil" first, I probably would have thought they were an OK band that wasn't really worth following closely, and I might have missed out on the gofftastic "Cruelty".

I prefer "A Crescendo of Passion Bleeding". The first two cd's are the only ones worth mentioning, as everything off the later cd's is either derivative of older material or pop music

Hmmm, I really don't know. I like all their music, its all pretty consistent....i'd probably have to say The Black Goddess Rises from Principle, mainly for nostalgic reasons. I think it was the first 'scary' metal song I ever heard, and it really did freak me out!!

Gothic Romance (Red Roses for the Devil's Whore) was the first song that got me hooked. Others: Funeral in Carpathia, Dusk and Her Embrace, Queen of Winter Throned, Cruelty Bought Thee Orchids, From Cradle to Enslave. The newer material is good, but it doesn't reach the level of Vempire or DaHE.

well I'm not gonna list 20 songs like all the rest o the pplz on here who can't decide what ONE SONG they like best. Damnation and A Day had nothing for me, too monotonous. My favorite I'd say is.... Funeral In Carpathia cuz Dani goes insanely high with his screaming on there.
My favorite cradle instrumental song (can we make this another category for pplz to decide also?) has got to be Dinner At Deviant's Palace. Any cradle fan would know that when u play that song backwards, it says the Our Father. I think it's creepier played straight, though.
