custom guitar - which PU?

i want to ask you for some pickup suggestions.
best tone would be like the Jackson J-50-BC, which isnt available anymore, even not at ebay.

it must have a cover, so the dimarzio X2N isnt the right one waah
what do ya think about the EMG-81?
and what do ya think about EMG-HZ's? (passive)

EMG 85 in the neck sounds awesome.
its kind of muddy (which I like) And I use it for most of my rythym and all my leads

I have an 81 in the bridge, and it sounds week and trebly.. Could be my amp though.

i use a EMG 81 (http://www.jemsite.com/jcustom/jpn_jc_2001/lacsd/rg6csd1/index.htm) and i think its quite good.I like the lead sound it creates cause its very very clear .

Bare Knuckle pickups, hand wound in the UK, you can have custom covers made, i mean whatever you want, and the pickups sound better than EMG's and Seymour's and Dimarzio's anyway. They are more expensive but they are worth it, you can also have custom winds done if you feel you need a slightly hotter pickup.

If you need help on which pickup to get then just ask the people on the forum, or Tim who is the man who makes them, just send him a pm. Most people make a thread saying what they would like out of a pickup, what they want it to do, what characteristics etc. Also tell them what music you play.

the "nearest" description would be the sound alexi has at the vivaldi part from the passage to the reaper

edit: If its not to late you really should get a neck pickup. There is no reason at all why you should not have one. It provides a much better sound while shredding.
