Damnation and Deliverance SE

Hi,
Did Opeth ever release a Special Edition/Digipak/Limited Edition version of either Damnation or Deliverance? I have the one for Watershed, BWP, Ghost Reveries, Still Life, and the Candlelight Albums but I've never seen any special packs for them.

BTW... I think it'd be awesome if they released a three disk set with D+D, both albums in 5.1, the documentary from Lamentations, and the Windowpane music video... with new art and liner notes OC.

I think digipak versions were released of both albums.
