That's very difficult to say, since they're all absolutely fantastic! But I'd go with Human and Symbolic, can't decide between these two.

but i think we can all agree that it was human when death became more than jsut another death/thrash abnd, even thouhg you could tell chuck was doing mor ethan shred and was infusing ideas inyo his solos, i think it was definitely human when they became something different

That is an extremely hard question, but I'll go with Symbolic. Human is a very close second. ITP very close third....damn you!
