DF managed to get TWO dates at the Astoria...

And firewind are actually going to support them in london too. I might have to go now...

I didn't realise that Firewind had so many albums already released, i thought the new one was their debut and Gus G had left Dream Evil in order to set up this band

Yeah, Allegiance is still too expensive for me at the moment lol. But I have Forged By Fire and that was class.

Firewind are a lovely slice of melodic metal...awesome guitars and the keyboards aren't too bad, they can certainly kick out a headbanging 'choon' ... but there's just something about the vocals that doesn't sit right with me. I'm not sure what it is...
