God i get fed up when i'm on a diet ,has anyone else ever had to diet, i think my whole life is one big diet

Im always on a diet as well, and Im being really strict lately (from 2 weeks ago). All Im eating is a cereal or a tomato and tuna sandwich for lunch and a rice salad for dinner.
