Do you know anyone who is constantly broke?

I've seen enough to know he is a cocky s.o.b. But cockiness has nothing to do with whether or not he'll obtain success.

Though HAUA, I'd strongly recommend that you don't carry yourself in public, in the same way that you do this forum. You may find yourself the recipient of an ass whoopin if you cross the wrong man's path.

ITS OK, HE'S A BODYBUILDER!

How original. I'd ask for some reasoning behind your astute comment but I know I won't get any.

More original then labeling someone "bitch tits" or a "cunt".

Reasoning? I hate you. Your a moron. And good work looking up a word in the pocket thesurus you keep next to your grade 7 math homework.

But I tire of typing. Heres a thousand words courtisy of Overkill:

I forgot about the millions of people who die from asphyxiation on the internet. While I'm at it, I think I'll go read my THESAURUS so I can think of some kewl words to flame your with.

P.S. your the idiot!

you living on your own or with your parents?

I was, and was then forced to move back into my parents house last August. It's far too expensive to live in an apartment in this area, but I'm screwed now anyway seeing as I graduated in May anyway. Now I have to scrounge money to go to a UC...

Note: I'm turning 21 this July, yay me.

that's a tough situation man

I am probably going to live with my parents till I can afford a solid sized 3/4 bedroom home (hopefully I will move out by 23 or 24, should have enough money by then to pay for the house)

I am so glad to be living with my parents right now though, it allows me never to have to worry about stuff like laundry/cleaning/food. My mom makes everything for me, does the majority of my chores, and this allows me to do everything I need to do (school + near full time work + bodybuilding)

I will be making 40K before taxes this year (once I sign my contract). I should not have to worry about being poor unless something major happens.

I still live with mine, but I just finished school in May. I am searching for apartments right now, because I don't think I have enough credit to buy a house (I really need to figure out what my credit score is).

you know I am not quite sure what I am going to do in terms of moving out

my goal is basically a decent 2-3 bedroom type house by 22/23 and then just slowly move up from there

my eventual goal by age 30 is 500 - 600 K house, but that is ways down the line. Right now I am just taking everything step by step by step.

By law your entitled to a free credit report once a year from the credit reporting agencies through this site: www.annualcreditreport.com . I'm not sure if it would have your FICO score but wouldn't hurt to get a copy of your report and at least see if it has mistakes.

You should consider buying tax deeds or tax liens. With tax deeds you own the property for less then market value. With a tax lien you are buying someone's debt (property taxes they owe local gov'ts) & they have to pay you back the debt plus interest in a certain amount of time. If they fail to do so you own the property free and clear. The worst case scenario is they pay you back the taxes plus interest.

Living well beyond one's means is one of the great privileges of Western society! Look at my big house and fancy car! And I only have to work 90 hours a week and eat nothing but boiled rice to achieve my social status and be envied by my neighbours!
