do you workout?

I liked the trampolines at the gym....I could get things toned and see the whole gym from the corner...including the basketball players, and the tennis players....and the....*giggles*.......hehehe
 
Used to go religiosuly (So I DON'T know how to speel it! :p ) Until earlier this year, but I wasn't getting the results I was after by the time my membership expired... so I'm giving it an extended break. ;)

Finding myself too busy to do much other stuff to now, like going for runs... :cry:

But at least I DO still go to squash..... ALOT.

Like, a minimum of 2-3 times a week..... playing from 1.5-3 hrs each time... between 2-3 of us..... VERY TIRING!!

I'll work out as soon as I have a reason to. I stay plenty thin without doing a damn thing. Why should I do something to get the same result?

pffft...and don't say health.
 
I used to work out a little every now and then... right now I'm in the process of tattooing my left arm though, and exercising isn't a great idea when healing up. So I'll have to wait until it's all finished before I start working out again.... not that I mind though, I am teh slimmage.
 
Sport is pointless. Life is too short to get exhausted without any purpose. Fuckin' jocks.

Anyway, if you want to work out efficiently, SWIM. This is the best you can do, as in water your body encounters a resistance 18 times higher than in air. Furthermore, you spend more energy as your body needs to keep its temperature.

But nothing beats the 'raising the elbow'.
