Do Your Local FM Radio Stations Play Heavy Metal?

no...Youngstown is mostly dominated by either KISS FM/Hot 101 pop garbage or that watered down nu-rock bullshit a la Nickelback and Staind on Rock 104.

there are few good stations in Cleveland and Pittsburgh but nothing local.

Yeah, our area sucks for metal. I've only really heard some Cleveland stations and most of it is simply rock.

Stuff isn't much better where I'm at now, but I haven't really looked

There are some rock shows I listen to on the radio but its only 2-4 hours a week but at least they play some really good stuff.

I liked AOL's online metal radio (Death and Black stations) but that'S the most I've ever experimented with interet radio.
I need to get XM when I get home...

Really? I just downloaded the stream to iTunes and played it from their every since.

You can get a free membership there. I have one. The only glitch with free membership really is that you get an "Upgrade to preferred membership" after every few songs.
