I tried an extension chord because my outlet is too far away, but it does not seem to turn on. Is there a specific extension chord that will work with this? On the back of the monitor next to the power connection it says 150w, 120v, 60 hz.
Something is wrong with the power cable, extension, outlet or speaker. AC is AC provided the current rating is sufficient (which is a non issue at 150 watts).
