European floods

Apparently there are floods all over Europe.
Anyone here affected by any of them in any way?

well if I lived in Canada, I'd agree with you. but this has been a bitch of a hot summer. the only good thing has been the heat is a great excuse for more cold beer, as if I needed one.

I went to Canada several times when I was a small child...it's alright now.I wish it wasn't so damn hot here!!!It's too hot!!!I like the cold,and I also like rain.Autum is nice,too.But I seriously don't like the heat,it's not good.Heat=BAD*hissss*

Yeh, but when you have to live in like, 36 degrees Celcium for 2 months you kinda think about it. Cold = not THAT bad

THat isn't so bad. It's 36 celcius here now, and it's two in the morning. Usually gets up to around 45 degrees this time of year (that's pushing 115 farenheit for my fellow americans) Yeah, can be rough, but only if you have to walk several miles to buy groceries. Still like the heat better than the cold, though. When I go up north and it's freezing cold, feels like I'll never get warm.

exactly. rain, and more rain, the better. all my friends (all two of them ) say I should move to the Pacific Northwest where it rains so very much and with dark, gloomy forests, it just gives me a chubby thinking about it.

although I used to live in Tucson, and that was awesome, it did get wicked hot but not the muggy heat like here.
