Evergrey depression....

I'm spinning Evergey's "In Search For Truth" for the tenth time today....
I can't get enough of this album.... I'm in love with it!
I remember a thread where we talked about listening to music
and forgetting that you're only listening to this one album...
It's been a while since this happened to me
(exception; Opeth), but now it has )
I've just been listening and listening, can't get enough, it's like a trance....
I'm in love with each and every song! Whoooooooh! >)))

And, a couple of days ago I found out that Evergrey were going
to support Therion on their upcoming Scandinavian tour..
Of course I was up in the sky.
Just now I found out that Evergrey won't play after all!!!
It's such a weird feeling... I'm loving this band so much,
and this very album... But they sort of let me down, you know?

Depression is heading my way!
I'm not even looking forward to the Opeth double!
I need something....
Dunno what...

You probably need to keep spinning "In Search of Truth" some more...! I just love the intro to "Dark Waters"... Twilight still not dark... The snow on the ground sheds some light.... Yeah...

EDIT: I know how you feel about them not doing that tour anymore... But, hopefully, they'll return to do a Scandinavian tour sometime later on...

Great album...my favorites from it are Dark Waters, Watching The Skies, The Masterplan, and Different Worlds. Or you could counter by ordering their two previous albums. At the very least you must hear Nosferatu and When Darkness Falls...

I love that album, "Rulers of the Mind" and "Misled" are my favorite tracks, very concrete release by Evergrey

but if Evergrey is not supporting Therion, who will ?

Neeeh, their music isn't too melancholic and depressive....
I didn't mean it like that...
I just got really depressed since they cancelled their show...
I'm living in a dreamworld now though, hoping they will still play >;oP

Well, the band is not to blame... the promoters are!
I'm sure the band would go for it if they could...

as far as I know, the band were surprised about them "news" themselves...
It wasn't planned at all and the band themselves didn't made any promotion for it! I'm sure if they could make that touring they would...
I check this out and will ask the band...

It's funny that they are mentioned. I just came across their CD the other day at work and made a section for them. I had thought about asking here if anyone knows of them.

Living out of dreams just leads to dissapointment. Dissapointment will keep you looking for dreams that are more and more unreal, yet they still dreams denied. You should try to break out while its not too late, because even if one of such dreams comes true you will feel like you lost your life for a dream that even if it makes you the happier person in the world for a second, doesnt fills the void that you left in your life when you where into your dreams denied....

I've just download a copy of Dark Waters from Audio Galaxy, and I'm listening to it now as I type. Very nice. Could be another album to the wish list me thinks!
