Everyone here will like the new Dream Theater... Even Spawn

Album is called "Train of Thought". The cover doesn't have a picture of a train, though. If it was a Rush album it would!

That reminds me - is Rush's "Moving Pictures" a great album cover or what?

I got it from an undisclosed location, deep in the bowels of the earth.

In the Name of God is a fucking monster of a track...

And Honour Thy Father is so angry its like a kick in the sack every time it plays!

I dont know if I can pick a fav on this album...its just total non stop gold from start to finish. That really HEAVY gold! :headbang:

The only problem I have with the album is you put on track one...then you blink...and the last track is half finished already...which in a way is ok, because it just means you put it on from the start again! :kickass:

That's kind've funny because I was listening to "Yummy!" by the Hard Ons the other day, and there's a song on that which sounds exactly like that.

Just did a search and found the following quotes, all posted by you Seventh Son:

* Thread titled "Best albums of 2002 -
DT - 6DoIT
POS - Remedy Lane
Planet X - Moon Babies

(You have actually replied to about 5 or 6 of the 'Best of 2002' threads throughout Ultimate Metal, and 6DOIT is mentioned in every post)

* I just picked up a proper copy of this gem. The mix shits all over the mp3s of it that I got. Fantastic album.

* I just finished installing my new sound system in my room (cost me $6500), and I'm pumping out the test that stumped them all. Fucking awesome!!! I think that the walls are going to fall over, their rumbling so much. Great album to test it out on.

* (About the song 6DOIT) For those that haven't heard this song yet (all 42mins) it absolutely rocks. Its the best song DT has ever done, definitley a corss between LTE and Awake. For those interested check out "The Test That Stumped Them All" on audiogalaxy, amazing

* I just got The Great Debate (13:45mins long). Although it aint the best quality (80kbps) its still good. This one is very much in the tool vain. Very cool song - more like the glass prison than the others.

* (Upon 1st listen to Glass Prison) FUCK!!!! This song rocks. Bloody heavy.
You can here the megadeth and Pantera influeneces in it, even a bit of metallica. Awesome mix!

Not trying to be a wank shit, just interested in hearing why the change of opinion. Because you actually have a website that is dedicated to reviewing cd's for a label dont you Seventh? What do ya think about the albums that you reviewed a year ago now? Same opinions?
