Well, if I restrict it to only the genuine contenders for the title of fave album, we have:

Tori Amos - 'Under The Pink'
Opeth - 'Blackwater Park'
*EDIT* now that I think of it, Radiohead's 'OK Computer' deserves to be here, as does Portishead's 'Dummy'.

Right, at the moment, these are the only ones I can think of that I would consider if I was being forced to choose only one. I might edit more in later. But I think HOTS would get it. That album just makes me happy. Genuinely, deleriously happy. Even though it's not that upbeat. Just a wonderful record.
