The Archaic course is my favorite, followed by Quintessence and Empiricism.
I prefer Vortex' vocals over Vintersorg, even though he is more than a good replacement. The Empiricism lineup is probably their best overall.

Agreed, Vintersorg has great vocals, and the band Vintersorg is great, but we only need one of it! Point is: Borknagar is sounding way to much Vintersorg nowadays, it's kind of lost its grim and norwegian sound you could say.
