Unlocker is another app that immediately comes to mind.

They are both cool. iBiz integrates with iBank if you have that. iBank is similar to Quicken. So the fact that the two programs integrate with one another is really cool as well.



Another cool little program is Sticky Windows. You can drag windows to the sides of your screen and they will become little stickies until you drag them back.
