I think my favorite of all time is from our very own SyX (MJR): "Of Sins and Shadows". This one just rips holes in everything! And the keyboard exchange is incredible (but this is a guitar solo thread).

Honorable mention: (I'm dating myself here) George Lynch / Dokken: "Heaven Sent". Awesome solo!

For SymX, i'd have to say, Sea of lies, especially after the legato triplets part. Not -that- technical but it sounds damn good with the song.

Throwing Romeo into the mix makes things too complicated as there are just too many to choose from.
