Favorite Maiden CD

Somewhere in Time / Piece of Mind are always my top IM choices.

I'd rank their records as follows:
1) SIT/POM
3) Number
4) Powerslave
5) 7th Son
6) Iron Maiden
7) Dance of Death
8) Killers
9) Brave New World
10) X Factor

11) No Prayer
12) Virtual

Dead Last) Fear of the Dark....in my view, their worst.

Powerslave, without any doubt!
Although I consider all Maiden releases from 80s pure classics, Powerslave is somehow stands out for me, both in song and production department. Is it enough to say that I'd kill guys from Maiden for not playing Duellists and Flash Of the Blade live EVER?! :)
These 2 are among the top Maiden songs to me, unbelievable songs...

To me without a doubt would be Live After Death even though its a Live album it contains the best of all their classic 80's stuff up to the Powerslave album. And they play the songs better live then recorded. But if i had to choose one recorded one it would be my first maiden album Number of The Beast.... :headbang:

Piece of Mind or Powerslave, it depends on the day :loco:
Hey Fangface, we're of the same mind! :loco: Although Piece of Mind will always have a special place, since it was the first metal album I ever bought with my own money way back when I was only 13.
