Then fuck them for defying mother nature.

There's nothing natural about factory farming. The meat industry, at least in the US, I don't know about the land of milk and honey where you're from, hasn't been providing good food to the people for over 100 years.

I think the fries are awesome there. Who cares if the burgers are really greasy and doesn't fill you up, they're still pretty good, not the best, thier McFlurries and Milkshakes are great, their grilled chicken sandwiches are good.

Cheap ice cream too. :headbang:

Okay... why does everyone like Subway so far? Or, at least its mentioned over Quiznos. Its my choice, and of course I'm biased but, really, what is Subway about these days? Stupid commercials? Too much lettuce on your sandwich? A bullshit carb diet?

The only time I grab Subway is if no other sandwich shop is around, or if I want to eat cheap.

Toasted, much more meat, (ironic, considering the current topic), and generally a lot less bullshit, much unlike that carb diet campaign. I actually noticed other sandwich places provide meat > lettuce, bread than subway also. Local places in cali, cousin's subs, blimpies...

Quiznos is just so much better. I want to go out and buy a turkey sub w/chiptole sauce, peppers, and lettuce right now, just talking about it. :err:

one thing I love about the summer... Fresh zucchinis, tomatoes, green peppers. My dads garden rules!

I had a pizza sub from Subway last week, it was good, better than I expected, it had shredded cheese, pepperoni, and swiss cheese on it, and I got it toasted too.

Subway tastes better and is healthier so - win win.

What do you usually get when you go to subway?

Healthier? Blah, if I wanted a sandwich full of lettuce and condiments, I'll grab a salad instead. They promote this "six grams of fat", and "low-carb diet", but have you seen the calories on the sandwiches?

I admit, that sounds awesome.

Well if you want we can always hunt cows instead. Just remember to hit them in the heart or head or else they won't die right away.

You can do whatever you need to do to feel good about yourself and I'll do the same. Thanks for sharing your opinions.

I usually eat out two or three times a week, usually on friday, saturday and one day during the week.

Rest of the time, my diet is extremely strict typical bodybuilding diet (chicken and other lean meats, vegetables, fruits, good fats, good complex carbs like oats, etc...)

but I definately enjoy my 2 or 3 cheat meals. I went to steak n shake today for a magnificient combo of chicken, fries, and a vanilla shake.

Wendy's. Easily the best of the burger joints. Steak 'n Shake isn't really fast food. I like Taco Bell, but local juggernaut Taco Burrito King is much better.

Subway is okay. A lot of the time it just feels like you're getting a salad on a chunk of bread. Quizno's is better, but really pricey.

Chicago is good about having hot dog stands every other intersection, serving Chicago style dogs, and the excellent Italian beef, which somehow remains unknown to the rest of the world. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_Beef
You don't know what you're missing.

I like Hungry Jacks, it is the Australian branch of Burger King because it is unashamedly fatty, oily, greasy, smothered in bacon, cheese and all kinds of other delicious substances.

I dont know if you have Red Rooster overseas but it is reasonably big and growing over hear, they sell roast chicken, baked chips, basically like KFC's proper food cousin.

Never heard of Steak and Shake and here Wendys sells icecream and hotdogs from small shops in malls, no burgers. Its like donut king if you have that and it is not different.

Subway is my second choice, though what I order from there is very unhealthy so I dont go there because it makes my body feel better afterwards or anything like that (I get a footlong herb and cheese roll with bmt, bacon and all the salads).

I rarely eat junk food anymore after banning myself from it and promptly losing 5 kilos a couple of years ago. Nowdays if I have to eat crap, I'll go for Subway because there's at least some nutritional value.

If I want an unhealthy meal I go to a local clam shack and order a fried fisherman's platter. I'll take fried haddock, clams, shrimp and scallops over any pile of shit from a fast food joint.
