Let's talk a bit about an argument I haven't seen here: the movie soundtracks. What is/are your favourite one(s)? My personal ones are Eyes Wide Shut, Clockwork Orange and The Crow.

Mostly stuff from old Russian movies.
Here's a great song:

I have no idea what Harry Potter has to do with the second song, though. It's the intro to a TV series actually

Lots of great soundtracks. Not ranked, just as they come to mind first.

1.) Dumb and Dumber, perfect mix of classics and super-nineties hits.
2.) Gladiator - Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard, otherworldly and haunting.
3.) The Last of the Mohicans - EPIC EPIC EPIC, violincentric plus the story is set in my hometown area. Underrated soundtrack.
4.) The Crow - Super-nineties and dark, nostalgic.
5.) Gummo - yeah.
6.) Peter Jackson LotR movies, all of them - I've spent a lot of time crying over how epic and evocative this music is
7.) Kill Bill, Vol. 1 - great mix of rock, enka, everything
8.) A Clockwork Orange - love the score.
9.) 24 Hour Party People - kind of a no-brainer
10.) A Night At The Roxbury - DANCE!

high five, sloughfeg

I wanna talk about the Gummo soundtrack. As in I thought it was a brilliant selection of songs, director's motives be damned.
